MODELO DE SEGUIMIENTO DE EGRESADOS EN LA FORMACIÓN DOCENTE

COMPARABILIDAD Y PERTINENCIA

Resumen

Este artículo propone un modelo de seguimiento de egresados para la formación inicial docente, concebido como una práctica epistémica situada y orientada al interés público. El modelo combina comparabilidad internacional y pertinencia local al armonizar definiciones, ventanas de medición e indicadores en nueve dimensiones: inserción y trayectoria laboral; competencias y desarrollo profesional; práctica e innovación didáctica; investigación y producción académica; pertinencia e impacto territorial; emprendimiento educativo; bienestar y condiciones de trabajo; y ética y ciudadanía profesional. Metodológicamente, integra la revisión de literatura con la experiencia institucional, empleando codificación temática, triangulación y validación por expertos. Los resultados evidencian capacidad discriminante y utilidad para retroalimentar el currículo, orientar apoyos y fortalecer la transparencia mediante metadatos y la apertura responsable de datos.
