MODELO DE ACOMPANHAMENTO DE EGRESSOS NA FORMAÇÃO DOCENTE
COMPARABILIDADE E PERTINÊNCIA

Este artigo propõe um modelo de acompanhamento de egressos para a formação inicial docente, concebido como prática epistêmica situada e orientada ao interesse público. O modelo combina comparabilidade internacional e pertinência local ao harmonizar definições, janelas de mensuração e indicadores de nove dimensões: inserção e trajetória laboral; competências e desenvolvimento profissional; prática e inovação didática; pesquisa e produção acadêmica; pertinência e impacto territorial; empreendedorismo educacional; bem-estar e condições de trabalho; ética e cidadania profissional. Metodologicamente, integra revisão de literatura e contraste com a experiência institucional, com codificação temática, triangulação e validação de especialistas. Os resultados evidenciam capacidade discriminante e utilidade para retroalimentar currículo, orientar apoios e fortalecer a transparência por meio de metadados e abertura responsável de dados.
