Year-End Message – International Journal Movimentos Docentes

2025-12-29

Dear authors, reviewers, readers, and collaborators,

We conclude this year with a feeling that brings together expectation, responsibility, and gratitude. The International Journal Movimentos Docentes was born from the meeting of trajectories, research, practices, and voices that believe in Education as a space for dialogue, ethical dispute, and collective construction. The inaugural volume is in its final stage of preparation and will be published in January, as outlined in our initial project, officially marking the beginning of this editorial journey.

We extend our sincere thanks for the interest in joining the journal since its first steps, for the commitment to its dissemination, for the trust placed in this project, and for the willingness to collectively build an international space committed to the plurality of perspectives, academic rigor, and the recognition of teaching experiences. Every gesture of support, every share, each careful review, and every submitted manuscript has reinforced that this journal is already born as a network.

The year ahead presents itself as a time for consolidation, the expansion of dialogues, and the strengthening of partnerships. Looking toward 2026, we nurture expectations of responsible growth, broader circulation of knowledge, thematic calls, and encounters that continue to cross geographical, institutional, and epistemological boundaries.

We remain guided by the conviction that publishing is more than recording texts. It is about creating bonds, sustaining debates, and recognizing teaching work as a legitimate production of knowledge. May the coming year find us with health, commitment, and courage to continue moving within the constant movements of teaching.

With esteem and gratitude,
Editorial Team
